Where we started

Inspectors at Heart,
Neutral by Principle

Keystone Ridge started in 2008 with a ladder, a damp meter and one guiding habit: describe the house exactly as it is. Eighteen years and 2,400 visits later, that habit still leads every appointment. Each team member is licensed, background-screened and mentored internally before examining a roof solo.

We offer no repair work, arrange no transactions, and accept no payments from agents or tradespeople. That distance is why purchasers, vendors and builders around Seattle rely on our findings when the stakes are high.

  • InterNACHI qualified and state licensed
  • $1M professional liability coverage
  • Ongoing training completed yearly
